Information regarding demographic information of parents and children at each step in the child welfare system and a plan to address racial and income disparities.
This bill would require the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to report on various demographic information including race, ethnicity, gender, community district, and primary language of parents and children at every step of the child welfare system and to create a plan to address any disparities identifies as a result of such reporting.
