Homeless Services, Notify of shelter overs its certified capacity.

Communication from the Department of Homeless Services - Notifying the Council of the operation of a shelter for homeless men over its certified capacity. This occurred at the Charles Gay Shelter on the evenings of March 17 and 18, 2002 and at the Harlem Shelter on March 19 and 20, 2002, pursuant to Section 21-312(c) of the Administrative Code.
