Granting hearing examiners discretion to reduce or waive additional penalties for parking violations.
This bill would permit an administrative law judge adjudicating for the Parking Violations Bureau to reduce or waive, in the interest of justice, penalties for failure to respond to a notice of a violation for a parking violation (“additional penalties”).
