Extending the statute of limitations period for appealing a Board of Standards and Appeals decision
This bill would increase the statute of limitations period for appealing a Board of Standards and Appeals decision from 30 days to four months. The new four month period would be identical to the general statute of limitations period for Article 78 proceedings pursuant to NY CPLR § 217.
