State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Assembly Member Abbate, A.4895, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of twenty-five year retirement programs for members of the New York city employees' retirement system employed in police communications positions; and in relation to providing for employer pick up, pursuant to provisions of the internal revenue code, of certain additional member contributions required to be made by certain participants in the twenty-five year retirement programs".
