Int 0909-2018
Establishment of a Hart island public travel plan.
This bill would require the Department of Transportation, or another agency designated by the Mayor, to develop a transportation plan for public travel, including ferry service, to and from Hart Island. The agency would have to consider factors such as changing conditions and future uses of Hart Island. The agency would have to submit a report on their plan within one year of the bill’s effective date.
