Establishment of commercial waste zones, and to repeal sections 16-523 and 16-524 of such code, relating to a pilot of special trade waste removal districts.
This bill would mandate the establishment of commercial waste zones. The Department of Sanitation would designate commercial waste zones and enter into agreements with private carters to operate in the zones.
