Int 1488-2025
Establishing a registry to recognize organizations that offer family benefits that exceed requirements.
This bill would require the Commissioner of Consumer and Worker Protection to establish and maintain a registry of organizations in the city that provide employment benefit plans that offer family benefits that exceed benefits required by law. Family benefits include employment benefits intended to partially compensate employees for costs incurred with having and raising children, such as fertility treatments and sick leave.
