A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing a program that transfers liability for certain engine idling violations to lessees of vehicles

This bill would require the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to establish a program that would allow lessors of motor vehicles to transfer the liability for certain engine idling violations to lessees.
