A Local Law in relation to establishing a pilot program to install drinking fountains on fire hydrants and the repeal of this local law upon the expiration thereof

This bill would require that the commissioner of environmental protection and fire commissioner establish a pilot program to install drinking fountains on at least 5 fire hydrants per borough.
