A Local Law to amend the New York city charter and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to establishing an office of algorithmic accountability

This bill would establish an office of algorithmic data integrity. The office would be responsible for working with city agencies to promote transparency in agency actions and decision-making, and analyzing data to make determinations about whether an agency’s actions were discriminatory.
