Eliminating certain reporting requirements selected for waiver by the report and advisory board review commission and amending certain outdated and unnecessary reports and studies.
The proposed legislation would repeal 27 provisions of the Charter and Administrative Code requiring certain reports and studies. Such provisions would be repealed for at least one of the following reasons: the due date for submission of the report or study has passed and no further reporting has been required; the report is duplicative of other mandated reporting; the report is no longer necessary in light of changing circumstances; or the provision was waived by the Report and Advisory Board Review Commission.
