Resolution strongly denouncing the crimes committed against civilian populations in the western region of Darfur and the actions of the government of Sudan in connection with those crimes, and urging the government of the United States to take immediate action to support the implementation of a United Nations multi-national peace-keeping force and humanitarian relief effort to end the reign of terror that exists in that region.
