Creation of an energy efficiency program for multiple dwellings.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the creation of an energy efficiency program for multiple dwellings

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to establish an energy efficiency program for multiple dwellings, which would allow owners of multiple dwellings who undertake eligible energy efficiency measures to have civil penalties for certain violations waived or reduced.
