Creating uniform contract and invoice templates for all city agencies.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to creating uniform contract and invoice templates for all city agencies.

This bill would require the City Chief Procurement Officer (CCPO), in consultation with the Corporation Counsel, to develop and implement uniform contract and invoice templates to be used by all city contracting agencies. Contracting agencies would be able to modify templates for specific contracts with approval from the CCPO.
