By Council Members Levin and Lander: Pursuant to Sections 11.20b and 11.20c of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure Application Numbers C 180039 MMK, C 200319 PCK, C 200320 MMK, C 200321 PSK (Gowanus Canal CSO Facility) shall be subject to Council review.
