By Council Member Vallone: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 20-226(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 36-19 30th Ave, Council District no. 22. Application 20105281 TCQ shall be subject to review by the Council.
