By Council Member Vallone: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 20-226(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 34-02 Broadway, Application 20095043 TCQ shall be subject to review by the Council.
