By Council Member Sanchez: Pursuant to Sections 11.20b and 11.20c of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure application C 220082 PCX (NYPD Bronx Special Victims Services) shall be subject to Council review.
