Quinn.” After nominations are completed, the clerk will call the Roll. The President Pro Tempore announces the results and declares: “The Council Member duly elected as the Speaker of the Council of the City of New York for the term commencing January 1, 2010 and terminating December 31, 2013 is Council Member Christine C. Quinn”
