By Council Member Reyna: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council, Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application no. 20030313 PPK shall be subject to review by the Council.
