By Council Member Recchia: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application no. C 020176 PPK shall be subject to review by the Council.
