By Council Member Palma: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 20-226(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 1161 Castle Hill Avenue Community Board 9, Application 20075306 TCX shall be subject to review by the Council.
