Sidewalk Cafe, Coppola’s, Manhattan (20075014TCM)

By Council Member Mendez: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 20-226(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an unenclosed sidewalk café known as Coppola’s located at 378 Third Avenue in Community Board 6, Manhattan, Non-ULURP No. 20075014 TCM shall be subject to review by the Council.
