By Council Member Mendez: Pursuant to Rule 11.20 b of the Council and Section 20-225 (g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 48 East 12th Street, Community Board No. 6 20065540 TCM, shall be subject to review by the Council.
