Concerning the petition of Piu Bello, Inc., to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 70-09 Austin Street, Queens (20075075TCQ).

By Council Member Katz: Pursuant to Rule 11.20 b of the Council and Section 20-225 (g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 70-04 Austin Street, Community Board No. 6 20075075 TCQ, shall be subject to review by the Council.
