By Council Member Gerson: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 20-226(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 101 Rivington Street Community Board 3 Application 20075509 TCM shall be subject to review by the Council.
