By Council Member Gerson: Pursuant to rule 11.20 b of the Council and Section 197-d (b) (3) of the New York city Charter, the Council resolves that action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure Application Number C 080505 ZSM shall be subject to review by the Council.
