By Council Member Garodnick Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 070125 ZSM, a special permit to allow Use Group 6 uses at 45 East 78th Street (Block 1393, Lot 25), shall be subject to Council review.
