By Council Member Freed: Resolved that pursuant to Rule 11.20b of the Council and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure Application Number 000106 ZSM located at various sites shall be subject to review by the Council.
