By Council Member Dilan: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application Number C 010071 PPK shall be subject to Council review.
