Zoning, 130 Court Street, Brooklyn (C070156ZSK)

By Council Member DeBlasio Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 070156 ZSK, a special permit pursuant to Section 74-711 of the Zoning Resolution, to facilitate the development of a mixed use building on property located at 130 Court Street a.k.a. 182 Atlantic Avenue (Block 286, Lots 17 and 21), in the Borough of Brooklyn, shall be subject to Council review.
