By Council Member de Blasio: Pursuant to Rule 11.20 b of the Council and Section 20-225 (g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 442 Court Street, Community Board No. 6 20065318 TCK, shall be subject to review by the Council.
