By Council Member Bottcher: Pursuant to Sections 11.20b and 11.20c of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure Application Numbers C 200012 ZSM and C 200013 ZSM (213-227 West 28th Street Parking Special Permits) shall be subject to Council review.
