By Council Member Avilés: Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b-d) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Application Nos. C 240035 MMK and C 240036 PQK (Red Hook Coastal Resiliency) shall be subject to Council review.
