OMB Transfer of city funds in FY2002 (MN-5)

Communication from the Office of Management & Budget - Transfer of City funds between various agencies in fiscal year 2002. This modification will reduce the City's General Reserve in the Miscellaneous Budget by $69.1 million and the City's Budget Stabilization Account in the Debt Service Budget by $280.0 million, pursuant to Section 107(b) of the New York City Charter.
