Changes to Expense Budget (MN-5)
Communication from the Office of Management & Budget - Implement changes to the expense budget which were reflected in the January and Executive Financial Plan. This modification also includes the distribution of certain collective bargaining funds from the Labor Reserve in the Miscellaneous Budget to individual agencies. (MN - 5)
