Communication from the Mayor - Submitting disapprovals of increases and additions to the FY99 expense budget as set forth in Schedule A, disapprovals of increases and additions to the contract budget as set forth in Schedule B, disapprovals of increases and additions to the capital budget as set forth in Schedule C, disapproval of terms and conditions as set forth in Schedule D, pursuant to Section 255(a) of the New York City Charter.
