By the Chair of the Land Use Committee (Council Member Salamanca) Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Application Nos. C 190208 PPX and C 190210 ZSX (Brook 156) shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to Application Nos. C 190207 ZMX and C 190209 ZRX.
