By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Salamanca: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure application nos. C 180123 ZSX, C 180124 ZSX and C 180126 PPX shall be subject to Council review. These items are related to application nos. C 180121 ZMX and N 180122 ZRX which are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(1) of the New York City Charter.
