C 160338 ZSM and C 160339 ZSM shall be subject to Council review. These items are related to application nos. C 160336 ZMM, N 160337 ZRM and C 160340 HAM which are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(1) of the New York City Charter.
