By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Comrie: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 110375 ZSK, C 110376 ZSK, C 110377 ZSK, C110378 ZSK, special permits, and C 110380 PQK and C 110381 PPK, an acquisition and a disposition respectively, shall be subject to Council review. This application is related to application nos. C 110382 ZMK and N 110383 ZRK that is subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
