By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Comrie: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council, Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application nos. C 100187 ZSK, C 100188 ZSK, special permits, shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to application no. C 100185 ZMK and N 100186 ZRK that are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
