By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Katz Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council, Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter and Section 62-722(a) of the Zoning Resolution, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 080221 MMQ, an amendment to the City Map, and C 080385 HDQ, a disposition, shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to applications no. C 080381 ZMQ, N 080382 ZRQ, N 080383 HGQ and C 080384 HUQ that are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
