C 070318 PPQ and C 070158 MMQ, and shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to application nos. C 070314 (A) ZMQ, C 070315 (A) ZMQ, C 070316 HUQ, N 070317 HGQ, C 0700322 HDQ that are subject to Council review pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter.
