By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Katz: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 050052 ZSM, C 050053 ZSM, and C 050054 ZSM, special permits, shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to applications no. C 050050 ZMM and C 050055 HAM that are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
