Designation of Minority Leader

At a duly convened meeting, we, the undersigned members of the Minority (Republican) Delegation of the Council of the City of New York, hereby designate and appoint Steven Matteo as Minority Leader of the Council of the City of New York, pursuant to Rule 4.10 of the Rules of the Council of the City of New York for a term that will commence on January 1, 2018.
