Int 1025-2023
Assessment of certain children with elevated blood lead levels.
This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to request that any child determined to have elevated blood lead levels be referred to the Committee on Special Education of the Department of Education for an initial evaluation to determine the child’s eligibility for special education services, including the development of an individualized education program.
