C 190117 MMQ), in a C4-4 District, Borough of Queens, Council District 29, Community District 9. This application is subject to review and action by the Land Use Committee only if called-up by vote of the Council pursuant Section 11.20(c) of the Rules of the Council and Section 197 d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter.
