Application No. C 190116 MMK (Borough-Based Jail System) submitted by the New York City Department of Correction and the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, pursuant to Sections 197 c and 199 of the New York City Charter, and Section 5 430 et seq. of the New York City Administrative Code for an amendment to the City Map involving: the elimination, discontinuance and closing of State Street between Boerum Place and Smith Street above a lower limiting plane and below an upper limiting plane the adjustment of grades and block dimensions necessitated thereby; and authorization for any acquisition or disposition of real property related thereto, in accordance with Map No. X-2753 dated March 25, 2019 and signed by the Borough President, Borough of Brooklyn, Council District 33, Community District 2. This application is subject to review and action by the Land Use Committee only if called-up by vote of the Council pursuant Section 11.20(c) of the Rules of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter.
